The Burnaby Hospice Society is excited in announcing a variety of new changes to our membership structure and fee rates in order to better serve our valued members. The following changes will take effect April 1, 2020.

2020-21 Membership Dues– Annual Membership [April 1-March 31] $20.00

Annual membership fees are $20 and our membership will run April 1st– March 31st, annually (Memberships received in February and March will be deferred to the next calendar year unless otherwise stated).
Auto renew option:
Auto-renew will occur annually on April 1st. You will receive a reminder at least one-month in advance of your next annual payment processing in the event you no longer want to renew. If we are unable to process your payment, you will be notified by email or phone.
